Sirius Roasters began as an extension of our Coffee Hound cafes in 2015. After cultivating our craft in central Illinois for over 15 years, we decided to finally expand our reach to across the country. With focus on fresh crop coffees and direct farm partnerships we have been able to capture the unique and captivating flavors in coffee that makes Sirius great. Now, we want to share our experience with you.
