Alright, let’s start with an introduction! What is your name and what do you do here at Coffee Hound?

My name is Kyle Scaturro and I am the General Manager of Coffee Hound!

Fancy! How long have you been at Coffee Hound?

About 3 years at this point!

Why Coffee Hound? Why specialty coffee?

I like coffee culture as it is something I am passionate about and something I can see a future in. Regardless of what the job may be, specialty coffee has strong cultural and community connections. Those are definitely things I can stand behind and advocate. I feel like the work I am doing, and want to continue doing, has some sort of a positive impact and I can’t think of anything else I’d rather do!

Speaking of coffee, what is your favorite drink at Coffee Hound?

I would have to say a 16 ounce Cappuccino with soy milk and mexican mocha….I hope you can tell I am joking! A Traditional Cappuccino is the way to go for sure!

When you are not working, what do you like to do for fun?

I don’t think I am all that interesting of a person. I like to buy records, play music, watch funny and sad movies, and hang out with my friends.

Final question for you Kyle. If you were to describe yourself as a baked good that we offer at Coffee Hound, what baked good would that be?

That is a good question. It’s hard because I am trying to think of a perfect analogy. I would say a Blueberry Lemon Scone. I love them! Along with being my favorite scone, they are sweet and tangy! Kinda like my personality.
