Alright, let’s start with an introduction! What is your name and what do you do here at Coffee Hound?

My name is Niko and I am the Normal Store Manager, Art Director, Office Administrator, and Sales Representative. Two thirds of those titles are made up.

How long have you been at Coffee Hound?

A year! Maybe under a year. Sometime within the year to under a year range.

Why Coffee Hound? Why specialty coffee?

Oh I don’t know. It’s one of those cultures that’s so inclusive and everyone is just happy to have you around. A good cup of joe, a good product. There’s pride in ownership and doing something right. It feels good. You can quote that! I’ll probably use that in my future TED-Talk!

Is a good cup of joe your go to? Do you have a drink of choice?

My drink of choice at the moment is the iced americano! The straw helps my teeth stay white! In all seriousness though, the House Cortado is excellent.

Sounds good! So what do you do outside of being the Normal Store Manager, Art Director, Office Administrator, and Sales Representative?

YOU KNOW WHAT I DO IN MY SPARE TIME! But for those of you who don’t, I am a bit of a nerd. Video games, World of Warcaft, and a bit of reading. I am slightly obsessed with physical fitness and have recently transitioned to being vegan!

That’s great! My full support for your new lifestyle! Last question, which baked good that we offer, it doesn’t have to be vegan, best describes you?

If I was one of the baked goods, I would be the oat bar. I’ve got some bite to me, a little crunch, but I’m still a little fruity.
