Made from Scratch, Made for You
Scones & Muffins
Daily Muffins
Although we serve a variety of seasonal muffin flavors throughout the week, you’ll find blueberry muffins available daily. This bakery case staple is our paradigm on a perfectly domed, studded with real blueberries, moist and tender muffin. Buttermilk and our Organic Beehive flour make these muffins sing.
Daily Scones
Aside from seasonal scones, chocolate chip and cinnamon chip (pictured) are a few flavors of scones commonly found in our weekly rotation. The scone you can rely on to find daily is everyone’s favorite, the Cranberry Orange scone. At first taste, AA grade butter, real buttermilk, and freshly grated orange zest are the initial shining stars, finished by the citrus icing flaked with fresh orange zest; sealing the deal with every delightful bite.
Maple Bacon Muffins
Whether you’re a lover of sweet or savory, this most alluring flavor combo of bacon and maple syrup baked into a single pastry, the BAM muffin, is a favorite choice in the cafes.
Savory Scones
Scones are usually thought of as sweet, not savory, but we like to mix it up because life is sweet enough sometimes and a savory breakfast is called for.
Sweet Rolls & Croissants
Orange Blossoms
Orange Blossoms are a tradition for our family and trigger fond memories for us to this day. Knots of sweet dough glazed with orange zested icing.
Cinnamon Rolls
Perhaps its the love and care that goes into and age-old family recipe, perhaps it’s the freshly ground Ceylon cinnamon filling nestled between each swirl of dough, but our made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls are the first to sell out during farmer’s market days.
Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns
The ascension of our sweet dough doesn’t end at the cinnamon roll, we’ve taken it a level higher even by taking our hand rolled cinnamon rolls, draping them with caramel, and sprinkling the tops with bits of pecan. It’s not a a true brunch in our household unless everyone’s fighting over the last of the caramel rolls.
Classic Croissants
These classic, buttery, ultra airy layered croissants might be the closest we get to France during the pandemic. Our croissants have led Steve down a path of constantly tweaking and perfecting his ideal vision of this classic pastry. Nothing comes close to the smell when these are in the oven.
Chocolate Croissants
We use Chocovic dark chocolate batons for our chocolate croissants as well as grass fed New Zealand butter.
Ham & Cheese Croissants
Shredded gruyere cheese and shaved ham delicately woven between perfect buttery flakey layers of croissant dough
Cookies
Oatmeal Cranberry Pecan
Ginger, cinnamon, and clove. bound together with molasses in this chewy morsel.
Chocolate Chip
Our chocolate chip cookie is one of the very few good pieces that came from the year 2020. Butter packed, freckled with 60% chips and Callebaut chunks, tender in the middle and crunchy on the bottom and sides. Honing our take on this classic flavor is an obsession for us in terms of perfecting the crunchy chewy texture that we crave.

Sea Salt Double Chocolate Chocolate Walnut
The Double chocolate walnut sea salt cookie is in a class by itself. Imagine the perfect brownie, toasted walnuts adding texture and balancing the sweetness, chewy and funny middle, with a nice slightly crunchy edge. Then a small sprinkle of the best sea salt from Spice Works. Heaven!
